By submitting your first payment, you (“Client”) are entering into a contractual agreement with Arelis Caban-Oberst (“Service Provider”) for Private Strategic Marketing Consulting Services as outlined below.
This agreement ensures clarity of services, protects both parties, and outlines the expectations and scope of a results-driven, professional consulting relationship.
Scope of Services
Private Strategic Marketing Consulting Engagement (One Etsy Shop)
This consulting engagement focuses exclusively on the optimization and strategic growth of one Etsy shop as defined by the Client during onboarding.
Included Services:
Strategic Kickoff Call (2 Hours)A comprehensive planning session to audit your shop, assess buyer behavior, and create a focused 90-day strategic growth plan.
Bi-Weekly 1:1 Consulting Calls (6 Total)Sixty-minute live sessions twice per month to implement your roadmap—covering listing optimization, product line development, trend application, and marketing systems.
Etsy Shop Audit & Performance ReviewIn-depth evaluation of conversion rates, listing performance, pricing structure, and product categories to identify opportunities and gaps.
The Strategic Brand Framework™This proprietary methodology will guide the consulting process across four phases:
Diagnose the Bottlenecks: A full-spectrum audit of front- and back-end operations to identify growth blockers.
Systemize for Sustainable Scale: Creation of operational and marketing systems to streamline execution.
Align Brand Messaging & Buyer Psychology: Messaging refinement using conversion strategy and buyer behavior principles.
Lead with CEO-Level Clarity: Strategic planning systems and workflows that support leadership, prioritization, and growth.
Private Slack Access (Monday–Friday)Direct access for consulting feedback, implementation questions, and strategic direction during business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).
Proprietary AI Tools & PromptsCustom-developed tools and strategic prompts for use in SEO, content creation, and market research to support faster execution.
Training Library AccessAccess to a curated collection of trainings that address key knowledge gaps in marketing, brand development, and sales strategy.

Investment & Payment Terms
Total Consulting Fee: $5,000 USD
Payment Options:
Pay in Full: $5,000
2 Monthly Payments: $2,550/month
3 Monthly Payments: $1,717/month
Client may select a preferred payment schedule. The first payment is due upon acceptance of this agreement. Remaining payments will be automatically charged every 30 days from the first payment date. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Client Expectations
The engagement begins June 4, 2025, upon initial payment and completion of onboarding.
Client agrees to actively participate in all scheduled calls and complete implementation actions in a timely manner.
Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All tools, templates, AI prompts, and strategic materials provided are confidential and proprietary. They are licensed for internal use by the Client only and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside of the Client’s business.
Testimonials & Marketing Use
The Service Provider may reference anonymized feedback or general results from the consulting engagement for future marketing purposes. No identifying information—including name, business name, or shop URL—will be shared without written consent. Clients may opt out of marketing use by notifying the Service Provider in writing.
Refund Policy & Termination
Due to the custom nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable. Early termination by the Client does not release responsibility for outstanding fees. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this agreement for non-payment or breach of professional conduct.
Legal Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal matters shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
Final Acknowledgment
This consulting service is designed to support your growth with strategic clarity, operational systems, and brand-level marketing support.
By submitting payment, the Client agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
