A 3-Month Private Mentorship for Creatives & Business Owners Ready to Scale Their Business Into a Thriving, Profitable Brand
This is a legally binding agreement. Please read carefully.
By submitting your first payment, you (“Client”) are entering into a contractual agreement with Arelis Caban-Oberst (“Service Provider”) for the Private 1:1 Mentorship Program as outlined below.
This agreement is designed to ensure clarity, protect both parties, and set the foundation for a results-driven, strategic mentorship.

3-Month Private 1:1 Mentorship Program
One Strategic Intensive Call to finalize your full business plan
A Comprehensive Business Plan that identifies your core opportunity, your ideal customer, your product strategy, a marketing plan, and your sales plan
Private Messaging Support with Arelis (M–F, 9AM–5PM EST)
One 60-Minute Monthly Call (3 total)
Unlimited Custom Video Audits & Consulting
Access to Three Powerful AI Assistants focused on product development, marketing & sales, and search engine optimization
Full access to the training library, client portal, and community
Live training and mastermind calls (4x/month, with replays available)
Personalized Branding, Marketing, and Sales Psychology Strategy
A private, curated community of focused, high-level business owners
Investment & Payment Terms
Total Program Cost:
First payment is due upon enrollment. Remaining payments will be billed automatically every 30 days from the first payment date.
Timeline & Commitment
The 3-month mentorship begins upon receipt of the first payment and completion of onboarding.
One 30-Minute Monthly Call (3 total)
Prompt communication and participation in calls, trainings, and action steps are required to maximize results.
Scheduled 1:1 calls must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed calls without notice may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All materials, trainings, templates, and resources shared within the program are proprietary and intended for the Client’s use only. Client agrees not to copy, distribute, sell, or share materials outside of their own business use.
Marketing Use & Social Proof
Client understands and agrees that general feedback, results, or communications shared within the client portal, coaching calls, or mentorship forums may be repurposed for marketing purposes by the Service Provider, including but not limited to social proof, testimonials, case studies, or promotional materials.
To protect confidentiality:
No identifying client information (such as full name, brand name, shop URL, or specific strategy details) will be disclosed without prior written consent.
All shared materials will be anonymized and generalized to maintain client privacy and brand confidentiality.
If a Client would prefer not to have any feedback or participation referenced for marketing in any form, they may notify the Service Provider in writing.
Refunds & Termination
All payments are non-refundable due to the strategic, high-touch nature of this mentorship. If Client chooses to withdraw early, all work completed and sessions held to date will be billed in full. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any Client from the program due to non-payment, breach of contract, or conduct that disrupts the environment or violates ethical standards.
Legal Terms
This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Client and Service Provider.
Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.

By signing and submitting payment, you agree to all terms stated in this agreement.
